Demons aren't really...a thing, as far as I can tell, in my world. Like there are things we traditionally classify as demons but they're just magical creatures that people were afraid of. And then there's stuff like malevolent trickster gods or ancient eldritch monsters that can't reason but it's pretty hard to go up against a god and win
My two thoughts are some kind of bracelet or something with a spell in it that anchors the good side? Reminds him that he's got reasons to stay out? And then an alert spell of some kind that goes off if his energy changes
Does it change? Or is the bad side always kind of radiating even when it's not dominant?
